I brought this unit on line and when it arrived i couldn't find the power cord. I notified Luxhomelifestyle and they put on in the mail almost immediately. When the wife went to toss the box she found the cord in a cutout of the bottom styrofoam. I never looked there i actual though i could see the bottom of the box. I did test it and worked prefect for my CPAC.This appears to be an excellent tool. It will be a great addition to my outing gear

Outstanding Performance

Great little device
Shipping was fast, product received with about 67% power. Charged it the rest of the way and proceeded to run it through various tests for backup or emergency power applications. Since our backup power plan is modular, this works well for being how small and light it is. I will definitely be taking this on camping trips.

Excellent, perfect safety valve
Ironically we suffered power outage the day after it arrived! Kept fans running & devices charged so no worries. Plan to add solar charging panels (Hurricane season in NC coming soon!)
